Breathwork Training Update
Early last year, we told you about CIPF supporting breathwork training for officers in our area. You can read that blog post here.
The instructor, Jesse Coomer, provided us with an update on what has been happening with this important training.
“We welcomed in 2 new instructors…and we equipped another class of recruits with practical tools to regulate their nervous systems.
After the workshop, in addition to acknowledging the usefulness of the skills they learned, many of the recruits commented that the experience was a great team building experience and helped to bring them closer as friends. I thought you might like to know.
None of this would be possible without the CIPF.”
