An Honor Guard is a ceremonial unit that performs duties in service to their country, community, or organization, often at military events, public ceremonies, and funerals for veterans or fallen service members. They demonstrate respect, discipline, and patriotism by presenting the flag, performing rifle salutes, and ensuring a dignified and honorable farewell.
This fundraiser for our New Palestine Police Department to start their own Honor Guard. The funds will provide support to keep the essential mission with appropritate uniforms, equipment, training, and travel expenses, allowing them to do their important work.
Through this fundraiser, the community can show their appreciation for the Honor Guard’s commitment to service and ensure that they have the resources needed to maintain the traditions of respect and honor.
