IMPD Wellness would like to start a health screening program similar to what has been tested and worked well with the Boston Police Department. Given the dramatically increased risk for strokes, aneurysm formation and heart disease IMPD Wellness would like to provide scans on a biannual basis to all officers 40 years old and up. The scans offered are Coronary Calcium Score, Low Dose Lung CT, and a Trivascular Ultrasound.
