A WALK THROUGH LEADERSHIP ON OUR COUNTRY’S COMMON

The Gettysburg Battlefield

Valley Forge, the National Cemetery, and the Flight 93 Memorial

June 23rd – 27th, 2024

Real people. Real decisions. Real outcomes.

In the Footsteps of Leaders:

Experience Valley Forge and the Gettysburg Battlefield, and learn leadership lessons that remain relevant today. This tour provides insights into the leadership styles and decisions that led to both success and failure during these pivotal moments in history. Attendees will explore the Continental Army’s winter encampment and the Battle of Gettysburg, understanding the principles of decision-making that emphasize the original intent of leaders and the outcomes of their choices.

Leadership Academy graduates and aspiring leaders can apply the Leadership Test:

“Am I doing the Right Thing, at the Right Time, in the Right Way, and for the Right Reason?”©

Participants will also practice the concept of “gentle pressure relentlessly applied” to leadership situations in their daily lives.
